    Second Operational Quarter

    We have now completed phase one of four integrational goals. Code name David, it is functional and on its way to independance managed by Ingrid. Code El Cangrejo as its name implies, its has been moving slower than expected, yet have yield 70 of its preformance positevely. Coded Bocas, still in its establishment and development it is in progress and also managed by Ingrid. Coded Cocle, this project is in its infancy, but very promising since incorporates all the mentioned matters in one spot, perhaps equal to the others in potential.
     
    Investment possibilities continues for your company and up to 49% of the proprietal distribution since not only we must assure maintain goverment required VA standards. Yet, is not late to include your institurional goals in these projects. Financial retruns are as expected in the original business plan and expanded to cover a two year exclusive project investment for phases three and four. Not to exclude projects  one and two. Starting Year three we will have full government bid and contract negotiation according to the original business plan.
     
    Our partners, associates, and participants understand the nature of the business and expect favorable returns reports by the end of the third year via share value and dividends (according to market situation).
     
    Lessons learned, Its a long, long road, to riches and fame. Yet, if you do not particiate, you will never get there. Come in and lets have a talk.
